Refund and Cancellation Policy

We perform our utmost to provide quality deliverables and believe in maintaining a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process for our global clients.
1. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a project by providing written notice to hello@joventechnology.com.
- If cancellation occurs before any work has commenced, a full refund of any upfront payment will be issued (minus processing fees).
- If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, you will be billed for the hours logged and work completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of software development, engineering, and active marketing services, refunds are strictly assessed on a case-by-case basis:
- Upfront Payments / Deposits: Non-refundable once research, design, or active development has officially begun.
- Milestone Payments: Once a milestone is approved and delivered, payments for that specific milestone are strictly non-refundable.
- Marketing Services: Given the variable nature of digital marketing, fees paid for active campaigns and ads management are non-refundable once the campaign cycle has started.
