1. Services Provided

Joven Technology offers IT solutions, including custom software and web development (Laravel, Node.js, React), AI automation, and digital marketing services. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be formally detailed in a mutual project agreement or statement of work (SOW) prior to commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities & Timelines

You agree to provide accurate requirements, essential content, and timely feedback required for project execution. Project timelines are estimates and are heavily dependent on the scope of work and your prompt cooperation. Delays on your end may result in timeline extensions.

3. Payment Terms

Payments will be structured either as upfront fees or milestone-based payments, as specified in your project agreement. Work will commence only upon receipt of the agreed initial payment. We reserve the right to suspend or halt services if payments are delayed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receiving full and final payment for a project, we transfer the intellectual property rights of the custom deliverables to you. We retain the right to reuse proprietary code libraries, tools, and background technology that pre-existed the project. We may also showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise via a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Third-Party Tools & APIs

Our solutions may integrate or rely upon third-party software, applications, or APIs. We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policy changes of these third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent legally permitted, Joven Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
